ARTIST-BOOKING AGENCY AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made and entered into as of Registration Day, by and between:
Book Entertainers
AND
Artist, Address, Phone, Email
(Hereinafter referred to as the "Artist Or DJs")
Collectively referred to as the "Parties."
This Agreement shall commence on the date the Artist or DJs signup and remain in effect for a forever, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 9 of this Agreement.
The Artist hereby appoints the Agency as the exclusive [or non-exclusive] booking representative for all live performance engagements, including but not limited to concerts, appearances, festivals, and tours, during the term of this Agreement.
The Agency agrees to:
Secure performance engagements for the Artist.
Negotiate performance terms, including fees, logistics, and hospitality.
Provide timely communication and updates.
Coordinate with promoters, venues, and event organizers on behalf of the Artist.
The Artist agrees to:
Cooperate with the Agency in a professional manner.
Honor all bookings arranged by the Agency.
Provide accurate promotional materials as requested (e.g., bios, photos, stage plots).
Notify the Agency of any scheduling conflicts or issues that may affect performance.
The Agency shall receive a commission of 10% of the Artist’s gross performance fees for each engagement secured by the Agency. Payment shall be due within 3 days after the Artist receives payment for the performance.
Unless otherwise agreed:
The Agency shall invoice the Artist for its commission.
The Artist shall be responsible for all travel, accommodation, and technical rider expenses unless covered by the promoter or event.
Both Parties agree to keep the terms of this Agreement and all booking details confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.
Each Party represents and warrants that they have the authority to enter into this Agreement and are not bound by any conflicting agreements or obligations.
This Agreement may be terminated:
By either Party with 30 days written notice.
Immediately upon breach of any material term by the other Party.
By mutual written consent.
Following termination, the Agency shall still be entitled to commissions on all bookings secured during the term of the Agreement, including rescheduled events and follow-up engagements directly resulting from Agency efforts.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Artist Or DJs State/Province of Jurisdiction.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral.
